Stop, Rewind wins Best Animation @ NFFTY

I just found out that Stop, Rewind has won Best Animation at the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY) in Seattle!!! This is totally unexpected but very exciting news!

Stop, Rewind preview

My only regret is that I wasn’t able to attend NFFTY this year. It looked like it had a great lineup of student films and I hope it was a huge success!

Stop, Rewind & The Pattern screening @ NFFTY

Thursday night is the opening of the 2011 National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY) in Seattle, Washington. We’re thrilled to have two films screening at the festival this year. In fact, our sci-fi noir Stop, Rewind is the first film in the opening night selection, which is pretty awesome.

The Pattern, our live-action film about an obsessive compulsive man tracking a serial killer, will be shown on Saturday night as part of the “On the Edge of Your Seat” screening block. We’re very excited since this is the first time an ABP live-action film has ever been screened at a festival!

Here is the festival schedule: http://nffty.org/attend/schedule-2011

We are so glad to be part of this great event!

Spotlight Interview w/ Harrison Heller

About a month ago I was invited onto The Spotlight, an internet talk show about machinima.  This was the first interview I’d ever done so I was a bit nervous, but it ended up being a lot of fun and an all around great experience.
